In the only room of the Alimentarium that has preserved its historical appearance, previously serving as the headquarters for General Management of the Nestlé & Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company from 1921 to 1936, you will be transported back in time to experience the remarkable journey initiated by Henri Nestlé in 1867.
The permanent exhibition « Food - the essence of life », accompanied by animations and culinary demonstrations, will take you into the world of food. As for the myriad of plants in the magnificent Alimentarium Garden, they are an integral part of the exhibition. We look forward to seeing you!
